Use sign-in verification and review trusted devices.
Add colleagues to specific cases and remove access when it is no longer needed.
Review Office conversion, OCR and optional AI settings before sending files for processing.
Your documents. Clear safeguards.
The service operator confirms that the primary archive server is hosted in the United States, outside Georgia. This location statement concerns the archive server.
Sign-in requires password verification and an email code or your enabled authenticator. You choose which cases and files to share; business administration alone does not grant access to private cases.
Server-side encryption for archived original files is available, but is not enabled on this installation. File names, notes, extracted text and processing copies are outside that feature.
Optional AI and OCR send the selected material to their respective providers. Email and browser notifications use delivery services. Their processing and storage locations are separate from the archive server.
Delete keeps a recoverable copy. Secure Erase is also available after the service administrator activates document-key encryption and verifies recovery.
Control your case archive from Data & deletion in your cabinet. An erasure record shows the scope and cleanup status.
Secure Erase covers connected copies in Judge.ge’s active storage. Independently uploaded copies, delivered emails, downloads and historical backups containing keys require separate handling. The latest erasure registry prevents controlled Judge.ge recovery from reactivating erased documents. Temporary plaintext and database records are purged from live application storage.
